How to Delete records in VMM.

Everyone,

I am running VoIP Monitoring Manager 4.0.1, and I have recently hit maximum database size. Does anyone know how I can manually delete old records based on "StartTime" (which is actually data & time) from a query? I am kind of stuck until I can get these records purged. Thanks
