how to delete entries from Run dialog under Start Menu

Hi all

I would like to know how to delete recently entered entries(the items we see in the drop down box) from the Run dialog box under Start Menu in window 98 or above.

I would appreciate any input in this regard pl.

Here's how to do it. HOWEVER, it requires editing the Windows REGISTRY, which can totally screw up your computers ability to run windows!!!

Here's the registry key that contains the data for the run dialog. . .

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RunMRU

or, you could just install and run Tweakui from

http://www.tweakui.com/

and check out the paranoia controls... it lets you remove it there too...
