How to deinstall arcserve completely?

Is there a manual available on how to completely deinstall arcserve? Does it need a reboot? Especially the reboot is of particular interest to me, because Arcserve runs on Win NTSE (Terminal Server). Can somebody help me?

You dont' way what version of Arcserve you have. But if it's ASO/Arcserve2000, just insert the CD, and click as if you were installing it...you will be asked if you want to remove it...answer yes, and it's gone. No reboot.

I have found the uninstall (whether provided by the vendor or as part of the control panel applet,) leaves plenty behind that can mess things up. Here's how I recently cleaned up after automated removals. Use your judgement. See faq478-1795
