Hi all,
I want to know how to create a xml file by getting the values from a html page using JavaScript when the user leaves the page .And the values in the next page should be added with the existing xml file when user leaves the page. Any one help me in finding a solution for it or any other resources available in the net.

Thanks in advance,
Prakash

Where do you want to store the XML file?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I am doing a project which has three versions.First is web based, client server, and a desk top application. So i want to know how to create and save the xml file at the client side as well as server side. And the xml file should be modified when the user goes and enters the value in the next page.Is there any sample code available similar to this will be very help full.

Why do you need to use XML? Are you transferring the data between systems?

Surely a database back-end would be faster and more secure?
