Is there an easy process to add a link to an email that would run a macro or script that would...

1) Create an email replying to the recipient
2) Put unsubscribe in front of the Subject
3) Automatically send it to a predetermined address

We have a reporting system that sends out emails with links and attachments to reports. Over the years many reports are no longer needed by groups or individuals. We get tons of requests asking us to remove someone from an email. I just want to add a link to the bottom of the emails so it can do the UNSUBSCRIBE thing you see in spam mail.

Let me know. Thanks in advance.

The ?subject may not work for all email clients.

Thanks for responding so quickly. Can I reply to the email that they are unsubscribing so that I can capture the original subject? I need to know which report to disable.

Thanks again.
