How to create shortcut to launch ULR in diff browsers? 1

My default browser is Fire Fox these days, but my satelite radio streaming plugin worked best in IE or NS. Question comes up, how can I create a shortcut to launch IE or NZ appended with a URL to load? Any examples out there? Or, put another way, how can I create a short cut to launch a URL with a specific browser that isn't the default?

For IE, create a shortcut with:
[ignore]"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

http://www.tek-tips.com

[/ignore]

or whatever url as the target.
