How to create moving pictures bar

Hey,
I wonder if any of you could tell me how to create something like this, see top of page

I thought this was a nice feature to have on my webpage, but since I am quite new to Flash I need a bit of help! I have Flash 5.0 installed.

I appreciate any help on this!
