How to create graph

I have %Difference field which is a number type that have values, -4.96, -3.78, .97, 1.15, 8.59, 10.51, 22.75. when I display these values on the graph as my y-axis, the value displayed converts to whole number like -4.96 to -5,……how can I display the values without changing them to whole number . say the value is -4.96 I would like to see the values as -4.96.
I am working on crystal xI and oracle 10g

thank you guys I figured it out. I found a tab to change the format under chart expert > option
