Hi everyone, Ive seen this done before on Win 95,98 and some XP systems and I would like to do this also.
When a computer is built and programmed by an tech, they can add a file (oem.ini?) to the windows\system32 folder so that when the user opens the System Properties window, the user can then see the suppport information with name and phone numbers to contact whoever built it, and/or programmed the PC. Some techs even add a simple "graphic.bmp" for there logo. (makes it spiffy) I think this really looks neat and I'm looking to do this also. Would someone steer me in the right direction on what type of file to create and what to type within the file to create this "personal support info" area that can be seen on the System Properties window when opened. Any help and or direction would be greatly appreatiacted.
