Not a problem.We make heavy use of roaming profiles and I would highly suggest that you also consider combining Folder Redirection with the use of roaming profiles. Otherwise, users will be sucking down (and pushing back) a huge amount of data everytime they log on and off their workstations. This can easily reach the GB size per user.
Folder Redirection allows you to keep certain directories (like MY DOCS, Application Data, Desktops) on the server at all times. It drastically improves performance.
