Hello,

I would like to create a queue off the AA and limit it to 3 and play Hold Music while the users are waiting.

HELP!

Many thanks

in the manager, create a hunt group, go to the queuing tab, enable it.. set your queue lenght to 3 and you're set
make sure you have some kind of MOH set on the IP Office to have it play to the caller.

What are the calls queuing against then?

You can only queue against a group.

Now I am curious too what do you want to queue people up in if not calls to a huntgroup

I enjoy every moment of it :)

Against a user :)

You could try to use the counter option in vmpro
Start on 0 and add 1 every new call
Then use a variable in the queue
When 3 then .... what ever you want
When you use anouncements you can have moh
