Hi,

I'm trying to create a 2-level CCR tree, but I don't understand how to access the second level. The docs are not clear on this.

Thanks in advance,
-S

When you create your first level you can use 1 to 9 digit.

For the level 2 you have to enter:

11 for the first choice of the level 2 of menu 1
12 for the second choice ...

and the same for all of your choice.

Good Luck!!!

Hi,

Thanks for the info. Okay.. I'm still not clear on how to create the second level menu. I see where to record the message, but where do I put the 11, 12... options. Is it all part of the same CCR tree?

Thanks Again,
-S

Path 0 is your home/menu. You will record your one touch dialing options, i.e. "For service press 1, for sales press 2". Program path 1 as a menu path and record the next set of options, i.e. "for Joe Blow press 1, for John Smith press 2". Program path 11 as a transfer path to Joe Blows ext., and path 12 as a transfer path to John Smiths ext. Just remember to put in the path # as if a caller was starting from scratch. Caller presses "1: for sales and "2" for Joe Blow. Path 12.

Hope this helps and makes sense Kevin Clear

Hi,

Thanks.. The fog is beginning to clear. I wish Nortel would have thought to mention that in the Flash Setup & Ops Guide.

Thanks Again,
