how to copy the programming of nortel cordless 6140 to another 6140

Hey guys, does anyone know how to copy a defective phone(6140)to another new 6140 model.The problem w/the defective phone is that people can not hear you.I am new w/ this type of cordless phones. THANKS.

You will need a dual slot charger, a usb to mini usb cable and the handset administration tool. Download the handset firmware too.
