I have one FrotEnd Exchange server 2003 and two BackEnd Exchange server 2003, now I want to do one FrontEnd Exchange Server 2007 and only one BackEnd Exchange Server 2007 (from the two BackEnd server 2003).
Could any one tell me how to do it.

One of the first things you will do is add the Exchange 2007 mailbox/CAS/hub server to your existing Exchange organization. Once it's been added, it's not very difficult to move mailboxes from one to the other. Adding the Edge will be one of the last things you will need to do, as you can use your existing FE servers to support inbound mail for your E2007 mailbox server.

Your question is a big one though, and we can't give you the full plan for migrating.

BTW, your E2003 FE will not support inbound OWA to the E2007 server. I was only talking about basic mail routing. If you wanted inbound OWA for the users on the E2007 box, you'd probably want to set up a separate website hosted on the E2007 server internally.

This would be a particularly valuable read for you:
