How to Copy a Phone Ext?

I need top know how I would be able to copy a phone ext? Say i have ext 1010 and I want to copy it to another TN how do I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to LD 20
Req: copy 1
Type: the type of phone you want to duplicate Example: 2616 , 500,etc..
CFTN: Enter the TN you would like to copy
TN: Enter TN you want to copy to
DN: Enter the new DN number you want to use

PART II

Do a CHG because you will need to change the DES to the new destination

Type: type of phone
TN: New TN number the phone is on
make any other necessary changes
and now you have a copied station

When I goto
LD 20
REQ: COPY 1 (It shoots out this error SCH0099)
Is there something else I need to do? Please advise?
