How to copy a GENERAL FIELD to BMP.file

I like to copy all my general fields into a bmp file, how can I do this
Please if possible send the function

While I've seen people claim they can do it, the only one I got to work right is COPYGEN available at

http://www.abri.com/foxpro.html.

It isn't free (although other utilities here are), but if you need it, then I'm sure it'll cost less than trying to figure it out yourself.
