Without Clarion you'll need something that can talk to both of the file systems you're working with (dBase & TopSpeed). The only way I know to hit the TopSpeed files without using the Clarion development tool is to track down the TopSpeed ODBC drive. There is no 3rd party tool which import data into a topspeed (tps) file which I am aware of. Also it is very risky as data inegrity checks often exist in code and adding "renegade" data may violate the entire dataset when program logic is not considered.
