How to Convert a PST to NSF

Thank you very much, I appreciate your help.
I am new to the Domino environment and have been given the task to administer it ....yeah
Our company has from time to time new users that start and bring with them a PST on a cd. I am trying to figure out the easiest and smoothest way to import their addresses only into their Lotus Notes environment.
Will this link/program do this? In other words is this something I can load up in the users Notes environment and import their PST right from their desk?
