Is there a way to adjust a setting in Adobe Acrobat (6.0)so that when converting a file to PDF from within an application like Crystal Reports (8.5), or even MS Word, to save the file after conversion without having the file open up on the desktop? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am not familiar with Crystal Report, but for MS Word, when you do File > Print > Adobe PDF, if you click on Properties, there is a checkbox "View Adobe PDF Results". You need to uncheck that box.

Thank you VERY much SexyDevil82!!! that was exactly what I was looking for.
