profile space is set to 100MB, but when users are over the limit and logoff not everything is copied back, as the quota limit on the server is 100MB.

however they don't get any warning, how do people usually deal with this issue.

thanks

How have you set your limit? Usually if the profile goes over quota, you get a warning if you have set the profile size via Group Policy

just on the disk i think with quotas.

i saw on some other peoples one dunno if it's a safe programmed script or open source program, that they get a window telling them that they are over quota and they can't logoff until clearing the space.

ill have a look at the gpo settings.
