Just wondering if there is a way to control the window size for a DOS program or if you can force it to run on only one monitor in a dual display environment.

When we open Accpac for DOS (don't ask me why we are still using this version), it runs full screen in both displays. When I window it it runs on one display but it is a bit small.

I have played with the window properties as well as the shortcut properties and either can't find the right combination or perhaps it is not possible..??

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

All you can do is play with the font settings on the command window.

And dual displays? LOL! Whoever heard of dual monitors back when Windows 3.1 was just coming out!

to adjust a dos screen size, type the command - mode x,y

eg mode 80,50

were 80 = width, 50 = height

that is of course if you can control the dos window before you start your program in it...

That will make no difference with Accpac Plus, it will only fill an 80 x 25 screen.
