How to Connect two different networks with same hubs

I am having two networks like one network is comming from a ISP through a Cable Modem and it is on DHCP normally I 203.200.175.139 as my IP and 255.255.255.192 as my subnetmask and 203.200.175.129 as default gateway. on the other hand I have network in my office where I am using static IP address 192.168.54.108 and 255.255.255.0 as subnetmask now I am able to work either of these networks but I want to work with both of them.

Now my question is that can I work with both the networks? if yes how? and if not why? and what is required to acheive this.

You need a gateway (router or routing host) between the two networks.

If Unix, set up gated or other packet routing software.

Forget it.

Buy a router or setup a small Linux PC to do the job.
You can get small routers for around £30.

Hey, wait a second. Maybe I've misunderstood your question!!

Do you just want to access both networks from your win98??
Or do you want to access the other network from PC on the internal network??

If the first is the case, I'm pretty sure you can but don't ask me because I know absolutely nothing about Windows.

pick up a small Linksys router. Odds are, your ISP is seeing you as a MAC address, and you need to set the mac address of the router to match the one on the nic attached to the cable modem and use the other default settings on the outside (usually, around here at least) and then set the inside address to match your internal network and attach it to your hub. Now all PC's in your internal etwork can see Internet but cable only sees one mac address same as before.
