How to connect to Siemens Phonemail SE 1

I took the class on my Siemens Hicom150 switch. However I didn't get any Phonemail SE training. I have the manual from the Phonemail class, but I can't connect. I'm using procomm plus to dial in. Any ideas. What is the best way to connect to a Phonemail SE remotely.

have you ever had trouble logging into the phonemail SE.

Sorry about the interuption. We get connected for a few minutes and then start getting garbage. Any suggestions on how to get in remotely. We are using Procomm and have the modem set to 8,N,1
