How to connect to call server 1

Hi experts I am new in this forum . I connected to Avaya G450 via service port on 192.11.13.6 through Putty. I want to connect to call server on 192.168.2.10. what IP I to give to Laptop and which port I to use for connection.I have Avaya site Administration 6.0 and CM 6.0. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Free IP Address in the same subnet. Use default port.
