How to connect Cisco 2611 xm with 3com office connect 111

I have a Cisco router 2600xm as a central office and i need to comunicat with 3com office connect netbuilder 111 as a remote office over leased line.
since the 3com netbuilder is in a boundary mode i cant give it ip address,so i need to bridging them.

Not familiar with the 3com product but you should be able to bridge them. Make sure to set the encap type on the Cisco side to ppp.
