Sir, we have windows 2000 professional system, and a windows 98 system.
My requirement is:
I will boot into MS-DOS mode by pressing F8 key at startup of windows 98
System. Then I want to connect that dos system to my windows 2000 professional
System. Then I want to map that windows 2000 professional system hard drive & access it for file
Write/read operations etc .

You will need the Microsoft Network client 3.0 for DOS if you don't already have it, or the Windows NT 4.0 Server CD-ROM to include the aforementioned software.
You may be able to download the Microsoft network client from somewhere if you don't already have it, but I am not aware of anywhere it can be legally obtained from.
