How to connect a 2924XL to a BaysStack 350T

Please could somebody help me !
I tried to uplink a Cisco Catalyst 2924XL to an 350T BayStack Switch,
but the two of them does not work well.

I will appreciate your assistance.

Experiment with the speed full or half also duplex mode. Are you trunking the uplink port to the 350T?

Hmmm. If they both have Auto Sensing on, they will play the What-Speed-Are-You game forever. Also, if the 2900 has not been set with a default VLAN and IP address, it won't work at all. If you need more info, email me.

Fibre or copper uplink? if copper make sure you have a crossover cable. Then lock down the speed and duplex settings at either end.
