can someone give me idea how to configure 2 3300's using vpn..what are other prerequisite to implement(hardware).

You need to either have whats call an "IP networking" license or you will need SIP trunk licenses depending on what method you would like to communicate between the two. The vpn is just "WAN" pipe between the two.

Please define what you mean by VPN.

Does the connection require authentication?

Are you just talking about an extended LAN/WAN Connection?

yes kwbMitel, this is just an extended WAN connection..our option is to set a VPN tunnel. Incoming calls to Site A will be answered by agents of Site B...we already have a license on IP Networking..what im lacking now is the configuration of 3300's.

The answer is too long to answer here but requires programming ICP/PBX, IP XNet TRUNK Groups, ARS and a few more. Use the help menus for IPNETWORKING should give you plenty of information. Mitel I&M training is a good start as well.
