How to configure teleworkers

I have an employee who needs to work from home, so i would like to set up a teleworker phone for her.

Mitel 3300 on MCD v5.0, i have allocated the teleworker phone a number but i need it to be a clone of her office number.

The mitel engineers set this up for a couple of our staff but i cannot manage to replicate this myself, i continually end up with the phone being set to make busy & it knocks the office number out of the ring group its in.

Any advice?

Its ok i managed to resolve the issue.

it was just caused by the make busy button auto activating on the phone.
