The customer has an AT&T Definity G3 switch/PBX and has configured an incoming ISDN trunk. When calling from a Cisco Call Manager v.12.x we receive a busy. The path is Cisco CM - Media Gateway using MGCP, PRI,B8ZS,ESF, Calling from the PBX into CM no problems good two-way voice all. Again the problem is calling into CM. Can someone Please Help I need detailed steps on the configuration from the PBX side? Any HELP will be Greatly appreciated.

The lower part of this page has a configuration guide specifically for the Definity that should work for you.
If this isn't a translations issue on the switch itself though, you might want to perform an ISDN trace on the Callmanager to make sure the call is actually hitting it. Otherwise, check things like FRL/COR for the trunk group on the Definity. This may ultimately be more a Callmanager issue than a Definity one, though.

Thanks for the information. I was able to resolve the problem just need to add five-digit dialing to the Cisco when calling PBX.
