How to config VLAN across two switchs?

One Model 5000BH switch connects two Centillion 50 switchs with 155M ATM connection.
I have done following with SppeedView 4.3:

1 for Centillion 50 configuration
(1)At "Switch Mode"tab,
click "Add Enet Bridge Group",a new "Bridge Group 03" displays on
the left "Bridge Groups" list.
(2)At "ATM Configuration" tab,
click ""Configure LEC"/"Add Circuit Saver LEC Vport",a new Vport 03
displays on the Vport list,
enter the ELAN Name "vlan3",
In the "Bridge Group" list select 03.
(3)At "Switch Mode"tab,
drag port 02:03 (M2-ENET-4x4TX) to "Bridge Group 03".
(4)now the ports 9-12 of Etherspeed 100 are belong to vlan3, PCs connected to
these ports can access eachother.

2 Do step 1 for another Centillion 50 and 5000BH, instead of (M2-ENET-4x4TX),there
is M6-ENET-5625 module in 5000BH.

The problem is:
PCs on ports 9-12 of Centillion 50 cann't access other PCs on ports 9-12 of
another Centillion 50, why?
Please be kind to give me the answer step by step.
Thanks a lot.

Is one of ports 9 to 12 wired to the other switch? I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

show vport status and make sure it is up and the check your vlan name vlan3 they must be identical.
