I'm trying find out how to command line into my call manager server and run some commands from a remote comptuer on the same network.

This is a hacking experiment.

Any ideas?

Assuming it's a 5.x or higher CallManager, you need to SSH into it. Google a program called putty.exe. It's free and allows you to remotely access the CLI of the CallManager.

That's a Windows based server. You could probably enable the Telnet service, but by default that's not running on the CallManager. Most OS administration is done through the terminal services or directly on the server itself.

if you VNC to the server then run CMD will give you command line prompt.
