Hi
I Have a BCM 400 we are trying to sue call accounting mate" to collect the CDR from it.
I was told i will need to use a software name Win LINK.
I try setting it up but i was unable to collect any data from the BCM. Do anyone here know about this.

We where talking apples and oranges, I was answering his question

QUOTE
On incoming calls I get the call detali but I don't see the number or Caller-ID do you have to configure something else.

If you don't see it on the BCM Monitor, then your not getting it and it won't be in the RAW Data.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

My fault, I was answering eseijas (15th post down).

It makes it hard sometimes when we answer at the same time.

I appretiate your answers, I understood that Internal calls are not going to come out in the CDR. On incoming calls I get the call on the CDR but I don't get the number. On the phone display I get the numbet on incoming call. I will try on the BCM Monitor and see what it comes out. But do you have to enable something or something that I missed on the configuration so that this could happen.

Thanks.

Are you looking at the RAW dat from the BCM and not seeing it?

I looked at the BCM Monitor and it does show the Caller-ID. But when I open the RAW data it does not show.

Internal calls can be derived from the RSI tools CTI Pack third party app. They produce an SMDR record for all call types including EXT to EXT. You would need to use a LAN CTE license instead.

Same as other thread, will this program work on anything other than BCM50, SRG50 3.0?

Stockman16: he want's the Name of the outside calling party, not EXT to EXT.
