How to close custom toolbar when query closes

I am running several queries from a switchboard, and I figured out how to run a custom toolbar (used a macro: open query, show toolbar). However, I can't figure out how to close the toolbar when I exit the query.

I don't want the custom toolbar to remain visible at all times, because there are reports that can be run off of switchboard that have their own custom toolbar.
