How to Clone and Backup GPO's windows 2000 Server

I know they have a tool for XP "GPMC" but I'm looking for a method or application that I can run on a windows 2000 server / Active Directory Machine that will allow me to duplicate an existing GPO. It would also be nice to be able to export or backup the GPO? Printing of the GPO would also be nice.
