Hi-
We have our Prologix connected to our ECAS server for some time using a serial cable. Yesterday, ECAS stop receiving data from the PBX. I'm not sure if it's the link or the ECAS server COM port that is faulty.
Which command on the PBX will show the status of this CDR link? I haven't done this for a long time and I already forgot.
