Guys, may I ask help on how to know the 9620s phone firmware and how to upgrade it?

You can look at the firmware versions of the 9620's by typing List registered, depending on what CM server you have ther is a couple different ways to update them.

As an FYI, CM is up to at least 6.3.14.

Download the zip file from the download page, unzip the contents on to your http server, reboot the phones.
