How to check my AUDIX Voicemail drive?

Hi,

I have intuity audix ls for my s87 server. I want to check the drive. How to check that? How to add extension for the voicemail? How many ext is the limit?

Your voicemail is determined by hours of storage, not by number of mailboxes. You can check this by going to:

Customer Services/Administration
System Verification
Verify System Status

This will give you purchased hours and purchased ports.

Also, go under the Audix Administration on the main menu. Then type in "list measurements features day". This will give you the number of mailboxes currently on the system.

You can use Avaya Site Management Software using your ip address. Or you may be able to use hyperterminal

Open a broswer to the IP address of the LX box, click the proper buttons, ignore any warnings about untrusted certificates, etc. to get logged in.

Click Global Administration > Messaging Adminstration and log in again to get a Java based terminal window.
