Hi Guys.

I need help!!!!

I want a CGI in Perl script to change the password of a user in the system.
Or anything that can help me!!!

Thanks,

Edward

Well, you coudl use a system call wrapped in sudo... but I'm not a sudo expert, so maybe someone and add that part... :) --

Check out the Configuring sudo FAQ I have dropped in the General UNIX Discussion forum for the sudo bits! Hope it helps.

I've never wrapped a sudo call into a CGI before, so let me know how it works out!

Well, i think sudo can be a interesting option*
But i don't know almost nothing about sudo,
only this: sudo allows a permitted user to execute a command as the superuser or another user.

******
And i need changes the password associated with the user's login, but don't use command passwd of the system i need to make the program PASSWD of the UNIX system.

Regards,
Edward
