I've got a Norstar and both M7310 and T7316 phones. I've noticed that if I plug in a M7310 into a line that had a T7316 previously, it does not work.

I can't figure out where in the system programming options I would be able to change the type of phone on a certain line? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Normally you should be able to just plug in the set and wait for the system to configure it. If you have an old vintage M7310 and your MICS is R7 it may not work. You can look in Maintenance under Port Status and try disabling the port and then enabling the port to see if that gets it going.

Thanks for the tip I'll give that a try. BTW I have MCIS v4.0.
