Can someone tell me how to change the time of day manually on a Avaya S8300? I checked under set time and it all grayed out. I think the system in sync with a server but I don't know which one. Thanks![hourglass]

i think you can do it via the web interface for the s8300 under the server date/time section.

Yes by the web maintenance
Go to change date and time and change it

From the command line:

1. "cha daylight" to ensure the correct daylight saving time rule is being used

2. change the time from the web interface (as suggested previously)

3. "cha sys feat" and stroke the 'system updates time on phones' to YES (in case it's correct in the switch, but skewed on the phone's display). Note that you can also put a date/time button on the phone and force the phone to pull it from the PBX
