how to change the number of rings on an extension

I want to chagne the number for rings before the voice mail of the extension kicks off. I am asking the Extension, not AA service. I tried everything, but just could not get this done.

IIRC, you want to change the VMS Cover Rings (#321) for that extension.

Hope that helps.

I tried #321, and chaged to 1 rings, for instance, but it still rings 4 times.

I am using ACS R7 processor.

Are you sure your programming the correct extension?
