I posted above the info from sys terminal window and what I need to know is how to change the hunt # from 7897 to 7862 I have seen some post that is simular but not exact to the info I need. If it is not possible to forward the hunt to itself then I need to know how to just disable it. Any help would be much apprec. thanks

in load 20, type change and the tn, go to the hunt option and enter an X to remove it or enter a new 4 digit number, then return to the bottom and the change is made. If you X hunt, the in the CLS chg to HTD

Go to LD 20. CHG TYPE=500 TN=18 0 ECHG=YES

CLS HTD will turn off the HUNT.

Return through the rest.

then just hit enters to enter out

Why are you tring to hunt to 7862? 7862 is the dn for 18 0.

I questioned that too. That's why I posted CLS HTD. Hunting to itself will give busy signal, so it's not really hunting.

ok it changed the hunt # but it is still forwarding to the old hunt # I guess what I need to do is just disable the hunt so to do that do I just type hunt nul

OK I went and cut the fax off and it still forwards to another fax and I want to stop it from forwarding.
I guess my next question is: Is there another setting that could cause forwarding and is the hunt diabled
I noticed at in the third and 2nd line from the end it says

7897 being call pilot do I need to diable this as well and if so how and thank you for helping and being patient with me I am new to pbx programing
