How to change the fish in Cognos Impromptu 1

Can some one tell me how to change the fish in cognos impromtu please thanks

I received this in a Cognos training class:

1. Create two images of 14 x 14 pixels - one for travel in the left direction and one to travel in the right direction.
2. Save the left image as imp_activityLeft.bmp and right image as imp_activityRight.bmp.
3. Copy the two images to where the user workspace directory is defined in Impromptu.
4. Restart Impromptu.

This shows as being for Impromptu 5.0, but the instructor told me it is still valid though I have never been able to get it to work.

it does work... just make sure they are only 256 colour bitmaps tho... pretty pointless exercise but you do get sick of sitting and waiting for that damned fish to stop swimming ;-)

I have tried this. It's not working. Impromptu is getting crashed saying that memory couldn't be read. I have followed the steps said by GB65.

Working for me on both Impromptu v5 and v7.
