how to change the default DN?

I am working on a old nortel northstar system and I guess the power went out and it lost some of its program. now all of the extenison are 21 number apart. For info the start DN went from 200 to 221.
I might be out in left field on this, but how can I change the start DN back to 200 so all the other ext. get back to normal?

Run Startup, or change DN length, and then change DN them one at a time.
