How to change the announcement in CP 4.0 with Application Builder

Hi,
I have Call Pilot 4.0 , already having welcome announcement, and all agents busy announcement. now customer gave me two new announcements in mp-3 format , Tell me how can i change these with previous recorded ones with Application Builder .

not sure about the mp3 format.. go to app builder open the menu service.. right click the menu box, go to properties then recording, drop down to new click import, browse..

After loging via application builder when i am trying to open "File" then there is a list of applications with different IDs , i dont know which application is active and is to be modified ( to import etc) ,Actually customer gave me two announcements for replacement one is initial welcome and the other is 'all agents are busy'announcement respectively.
before doing any any activity i want to listen what is in that previously set ID i am lying and what is in that ID( announcement) and which ID is active ID,

Hi,
There are couple of things you should know.
To find the application in use.Open Callpilot Manager and go to Service directory number .Note down teh SDN maaping application name.

Now go to application builder note down teh application ID ;open the concerned application ID. Double click on each blocks which will give you prompt ID.

Now you have the list of application ID and variuos prompt ID under this application.

Dial the SDN in the calpilot configured as prompt maintenance which will ask you the application ID then teh prompt ID .You can press 2 to play and 5 to record.Each of the promts can be verified and rerecorded through telephone.Orelse identfy teh pronmt IDs go back to application builder and upload the file to respctive blocks.

You may have to convert the mp3 to wave format before uploading as I am not sure mp3 is supported.

i have converted MP# to wave , also got the access of application ID whose name is "call center" and ID is 1021 , while dialing same SDN i am getting nothing . Actually i have 4 blocks
1. begin/start block
2. Main menu block having 9 sub titles
3. transfer block
4. waiting message block,
So i have two announcements to be replaced one at block 2(main menu) and other in block 4(waiting message block),
Question
1. How can i listen the respective block existing greeting.
2. How can i upload new greeting and with which ID.
3. What will happend to old announcement after loading i mean can i load back the previous greeting if some thing happened wrong .
