How to change text of incoming emails

All,
This may be a simple one. I would like to setup a rule so that incoming emails will have different color text depending on who they are from when they arrive in my inbox. I have gone through the rules wizard but can't figure out how to change the color of the text. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

What mail client - Outlook? Look at Tools, Organize, using color.
