How to change text in records to all Capitals?

I'm using access 97.

Here's what I have in a table under a field:
(about 300 records)
Higher Education

Here's what I want:
HIGHER EDUCATION

Is there a way to change all these records to all Caps without having to do it manually one by one?

Sort by date Sort by votes
Open the table in design mode, put a > in the format property of the field you want to be in upper case. Field will display in upper case.
