how to Change teleworker phone to regular extension on mitel 3300

Hi, I have a Mitel 3300 system. We have one employee that is set up as Teleworker from his home. He now needs to move to the office and change to a regular extension off the Mitel 3300 . Does anyone know how to accomplish this? I really appreciate any assistance as I am new to the Mitel 3300. I am kind of lost on this one!!

When in teleworker mode the phone has an entry in the teleworker area of the phone. This is normally a Internet facing IP address. If you router is setup correctly you could likely simply bring the phone into the office and it would work. The only issue is all its traffic would go via the teleworker server. As kwbMitel says hold 7 while booting and delete the teleworker info. The other option would be hold up and down volume, release down volume and enter 234 ( depends on your load if this is the right code. Older software you spelled config on the keypad ). Hit # to phone mode and # until you get delete teleworker. More complex then kwbMitel's method but you don't have to unplug phone to start the process.

Also, when this is done, make sure you go into the Teleworker Server to free up the license by taking the MAC of the phone out of there.
