Please, no shouting, especially in the morning. I like my mornings to be quiet…. :)

Let me get it straight – you want to programmatically CHANGE computer’s regional settings in VB.NET? If so - Why? I think it is really bad idea to mess with computer’s settings – that’s what users wants to have and we should not change that. Period.

Unless you have something else on your mind. If so, please explain what you want to do.
